WINGS OF VICTORY AIRSHOW
THE HISTORICAL AIRCRAFT SQUADRON HAS LAUNCHED PRELIMINARY COMMITTEES TO EXPLORE THE FEASIBILITY OF THIS YEARS SHOW

President Speedy has charged several chairs with doing early work in order to make a better choice as to whether to do the show this year. After substantial losses last year, the question was raised as to the risk of destroying the squadron was worth it. Airshows have rarely made money. Sponsorships are key to whether we brake even or not. It was determined at the March 3rd meeting to proceed and make a final decision in May.

or get in touch with the above chairpersons to volunteer directly.

Show season is rapidly coming.

Pat Ferguson has offered $10,000 to the squadron for use in the event of shortages caused by airshow losses. He has requested the ambulance be collateral in return for the $10.000. If the money is returned to Pat within 6 months the Squadron will retain ownership of the ambulance.

MEETING TIMES
Membership meetings will be held on the 3rd Saturday at 2:00 pm at the hangar. Open Board meetings are to follow the membership meetings or will be scheduled as circumstances require them for actions.
